How long does my gallery stay active on your website?
Your gallery will remain active on my website for 90 days. It's is the client's responsibility to download and secure their images onto hard drives and/or USB drives or even the cloud during this time. According to our portrait agreement, I cannot be held responsible for images that were not downloaded in a reasonable amount of time. If time has passed and your gallery is no longer active, there will be a $50 re-activation fee that will be available for another 90 days. I only keep images on my hard drive for 2 years - after that time passes your photos will be archived and no longer available for download/ordering.
How do I access my gallery?
Your gallery is unique and only for you to have access to the digital downloads. You may share your gallery to friends and family to view, but without your unique password (That you create before accessing your gallery), they will not be able to download your images. They will, however, be able to order prints directly from your gallery.
Why is there text (watermark) on my images in my gallery?
My watermark is there to protect myself, and you, from other's stealing the images and claiming them as their own work. It is also there to keep people from simply screenshotting the images and using them on social media or other web uses. The watermark will not be on your downloaded high resolution images. They will also not be on your final prints if you order prints through your gallery.
How do I download my images onto my phone?
Once you select all of your images in the gallery for download, you will be sent a link through email (the email used in your gallery). Once you receive your downloaded link in your email, you will open the email and it will begin downloading onto your device (slowly, as they are large files).
Where they download is dependant on your device. I kindly ask that you find your device below and follow these steps very carefully before asking me for help.

How to open a ZIP file on your Android Phone:
You will need to download and install a zip file opener, such as the Files app from Google Play Store, to extract files from a ZIP file. The application comes pre-installed on many Android phones. To check if you already have the app, tap the Apps button, which looks like a square of four or nine dots on your home screen.
1. Open the Files app. If you’re going through the initial setup, you may have to give the app access to photos, media, and files in your device. Click Allow to do this.
2. Then click Browse at the bottom of your screen.
3. Locate the ZIP file you want to extract. If you’ve downloaded it as an attachment from an email, you may find it in the “Download” folder.
4. Tap the file you want to open and then tap Extract. This will open a list of the files in the ZIP folder.
5. Finally, tap Done. You can access any of the files by tapping “All” at the top of your screen and then clicking the downward arrow next to the right of a file. Then tap “Open with” and choose an application.
